Monique Winfree

Monique Winfree is a Community Manager in Fort Worth, TX for Community & Business Development. She is a local ambassador for Chase whose job is to build and nurture relationships with key community leaders, nonprofit partners and small businesses at the neighborhood level. Monique hosts financial health workshops, facilitates non-profit partnerships and offers community programming.  She is helping to advance racial equity by supporting Black, Hispanic and Latino communities with tools and resources to help them improve their financial wellbeing.

With 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Monique has held a number of positions within Bank of America, including Personal Banker, Branch Manager and Region Executive for several regions serving TX, CA, AR, MI, IL, OK, WA, and NV. She has been with Chase for 2 years and has worked in previously in the community teaching Financial Education with BBVA/PNC Bank. She is currently a member of Chase Bank’s Business Resource Groups like BOLD, Adelante, PRIDE, Women on the Move & Aspire. Monique was a founding member of the Academy of Visual and Performing Arts Charter School in Fort Worth and currently serves on the Executive Board for the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber and on the Marketing Board for The Jubilee Theatre.

Monique currently lives in the Fort Worth/Crowley areaand spends her free time traveling with family and friends.
