In the mist of COVID 19, we are all intentionally acknowledging those that are putting their lives on the line as essential worker. To this end, our military personnel has consistently put their lives on the line for our nation, and their families have endured their absence and the need to support often invisible wounds. Nevertheless, our military community is resilient and this is particularly true of our women Vetreprenuers. We salute them this month for their fearless commitment to making a difference for themselves, their families, our communities and nation!
COVID 19 may have knocked us off track for a second, but it can’t keep us off track'; therefore, we are excited to welcome back our very own Holly Caplan with tips from her recently released eBook Six Tips To Go From Fear to Freedom.
A recent article in the New York Observer claimed that “fear is the new normal.” [1] Fear influences the choices we make. Yet making decisions motivated by fear is flawed, if not dangerous; it will never lead to the healthy, fulfilling lives we crave. In addition, an excerpt from Holly’s eBook outlines that according to Psychology Today, this is what happens if you don’t address your fears: 1) You won’t get the change needed in your life, 2) The more scared you are, the more scary things will seem, and. 3) Being continuously in fear mode can lead to hopelessness and depression.
Now is the time to get connected, dig deep and break free! We’re not interested in just surviving COVID 19, we plan to literally thrive—fearlessly!
