MEET THE SPEAKER:

Shirley is a certified life and business coach, specializing in sales and customer service. By starting with a strategic plan she’s able to help clients achieve their business goals by focusing on key operational areas to help them improve productivity, reduce expenses, increase sales and profits. Also, she helps them understand how to work on the business and understand key areas of the business including HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, Legal, Logistics, Operations, processes and procedures and product development.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, she also is passionate about community service from serving meals to the homeless community, volunteering with Junior Achievement, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of North Texas and hugging babies at Children’s Health.  

Her long term goal is to hire associate coaches to develop them into full-time coaches and eventually own a practice.
