Next Level Business Transformation (NLBT)

2021 SPRING MASTER CLASS SERIES

NLBT is an application-based master class series designed to help entrepreneur women associated with the military not only survive this pandemic, but transform their businesses to the next level and truly thrive!

Selected businesses receive:

•        An intensive business intake assessment and development of a business strategy through summer 2022

•        50 hours of interactive, technical assistance from industry experts in eight key business areas.

•        A $2.5/5k grant (depending on available funding) provided in two payment after development of an approved budgets.

•        Enrollment in a 26-week Personal Coaching Program.

•        Virtual and in-person mentoring (as appropriate).

•        Continued support through Summer 2022.

Business Participation requirements:

•        Complete Business Intake Assessment and Participant Contract.

•        Submit all required documentation.

•        Attend 90% of all Technical Assistance Sessions (Beginning the week of 5/3/2021 to 6/26/2021 including both evening and weekend sessions).

•        All Virtual Session require video participation.

•        Complete all business transformation strategies.

•        Develop 2021/2022 Business Strategy.

•        Continue monthly mentoring sessions through Spring 2022.

•        Provide ongoing business impact data as outlined in the participant contract.
