4 hours focused on ensuring an understanding of how to obtain and maintain fiscal continuity. Assessing current and/or identifying and securing a financial management platform.

MEET OUR PRESENTER:

Craig Beck, Partner, B2B CFO

Craig works with owners of privately-held, middle-market companies with revenues up to $350 million, providing on-demand, as-needed, long-term support as a financial-minded business partner to increase the value of their business.

With 30+ years of senior management experience as a business owner, CFO, attorney, and engineer, Craig helps detect financial, legal and operational issues, determines how the interrelation of those issues impacts businesses, and helps business owners develop and implement a strategy to remove those barriers to greater success of their company.

Craig’s philanthropic activities include leading Luminant Mining’s United Way fundraising campaign and serving on Energy Futures Holdings’ (TXU’s parent company) Supplier Diversity Council – one of only three companies awarded “Top Corporation in America for Women Owned Business” 12 of 12 years.

Craig is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor, holds a BS in engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, a JD from Southwestern University Law School, and an MBA in finance & accounting from Carnegie-Mellon University.  He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Pennsylvania, is an instrument & twin rated private pilot, builds experimental aircraft and enjoys spending time with his wife Kathleen, three children and two grandchildren in McKinney, Texas.
