JOIN VWEC FOR THE COLOR OF FREEDOM CLOSING CEREMONY

  • African American Museum Dallas 3839 S Fitzhugh Ave Dallas, TX, 75210 United States (map)

In 2023, we find ourselves standing atop the shoulders of history as we celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Women's Armed Services Integration Act—a historic milestone that unlocked the doors for women to serve as full-time members of the military. It was a groundbreaking moment that initiated a legacy of trailblazers, a legacy that continues today as women associated with the military break down walls and shatter glass ceilings.

But we're not here just to celebrate the past; we're here to shape the future. Help us demonstrate to our women veterans that we not only recognize their unique journey, but we wholeheartedly support their transition into entrepreneurship, offering products and services that not only keep our communities vibrant but also fuel our economy.

AGENDA:
