Smart Money Moves: Tax Planning Strategies to Lower Your Liability and Grow Your Business

Ready to stop overpaying the IRS and start keeping more of what you earn? This 2-hour session is designed for business-savvy women who are serious about taking control of their tax situation and using strategy—not luck—to grow their businesses.

We will break down actionable tax planning techniques that help:

📍 Reduce your tax liability
📍Boost your bottom line, and
📍Set your business up for long-term success.

Learn how to make proactive decisions throughout the year—not just at tax time—to legally minimize taxes, optimize your entity structure, and turn everyday expenses into smart deductions.

If you're scaling up, building wealth, or just tired of handing over too much to Uncle Sam, this talk is for you.

Tax planning isn’t just for the wealthy—it’s for the wise.

MEET OUR SPEAKER:

Taryn Calli-Jalomo

As an Enrolled Agent with over 20 years in the trenches of small business finance, she’s learned that behind every tax question is a business owner who just wants to do right by their company and their family.

As a federally licensed tax professional and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor she believes your business should work for you, not the other way around.

Her superpower? Taking the most complex tax concepts and breaking them down into practical strategies that business owners can actually implement. Whether it's strategic tax planning, cash flow management, or simply making sense of financial reports, her goal is to turn confusing tax code into usable, clear strategies.

Here’s what she promises: by the time you finish your first conversation, you’ll feel like old friends. That’s just how she works—because when you trust your tax advisor, everything else becomes so much easier.

Taryn was named the 2020 Woman of the Year by the American Business Women’s Association (Dallas Area). In June 2025, she was named Enrolled Agent of the Year by the Texas Society of Enrolled Agents. She serves on the board for her local chapter of TxSEA and has been the Chairperson for the past 2 years for their annual convention educating fellow tax professionals.

When she’s not helping business owners sleep better at night, you’ll find her in Grand Prairie with the love of her life, their four kids, six grandchildren, and three spoiled fur babies, probably planning the next family adventure or perfecting their backyard oasis.
