This Strategic Plan Writing Clinic will include attending six sessions beginning Tuesday, November 7, from 2PM – 4PM, where will “put pen to paper,” and literally walk through the process of developing a business strategy that will allow you, and your team to achieve greater success in 2024.
The clinic will re-examine key areas necessary for your one-page strategic plan, which can be built out into a comprehensive business plan. Attendees will leave with clearly defined expected results, and accountability measures based on their KPIs. The process will include a review of your financial model, and strategies to ensure you have the capital you need to start, grow, or expand your business.
For your strategic plan to work, all your team members (internal/external) have to be held accountable for their actions. Having a Strategic Plan will assist you in establishing SMART goals, with the relevant tasks and objectives to actually achieve them.
