Fast Fitness: Focuses on an application of the research that stresses that just a few minutes of exercise (10/15 minutes) can energize your mind and body.
Eventually, Fast Fitness will be offered everyday of the week, except Fridays and will also be taken on the road, dropping in at various Veteran focused organizations/events and engaging Veterans in the VWEC Fast Fitness Challenges.
